Associate Strategy and Operations This role focuses on supporting strategic planning and operational efficiency in a fast-growing fintech environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to shaping growth strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution across key business initiatives. The Associate Strategy and Operations role is responsible for: • Formulating business strategies based on market research, competitor analysis, and internal performance metrics. • Driving initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability. • Supporting expansion efforts into new markets and partnerships, including regulatory, market, and risk assessments. • Monitoring KPIs and developing dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. • Collaborating with product and tech teams to streamline onboarding, payments, and transaction flows. • Conducting feasibility and impact analysis for new mobile money features, services, and innovations. • Preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making. • Supporting project management activities and ensuring the timely execution of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, etc.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience working in the FinTech industry is highly desirable.
