Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with vendors and manufacturing units to ensure timely production and dispatch. • Plan and monitor order fulfillment as per export schedules and client requirements. • Handle logistics coordination including shipment booking, tracking, and follow-ups with freight forwarders. • Assist in preparation and review of export documentation (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, COO, etc.). • Maintain and update supply chain and operations data in Excel/ERP systems. • Monitor inventory levels and support procurement planning. • Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for order status, payments, and delivery timelines. • Identify and resolve delays, shortages, or operational issues proactively.
