Read more about us on https://www.industree.org.in/ | Role Description We are seeking a proactive and data driven Associate/Sr. Associate – Market Development and Sales to assist in building a scalable market for the products made by communities across India. This full-time, on-site role puts you at the center of a transformation — to building and scale markets for products made by rural women enterprises. | Primary Responsibilities Include • Partnerships & Sales: Build strong relationships with hotel chains, distributors, architects, and industry partners. Support lead generation, outreach, and customer engagement. • Sales Enablement: Pitch sales, convert leads into customers. • Product Development Support: Working together with design and production teams, create and test Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). Gather customer feedback and refine designs to ensure market fit • Market Research & Analysis: Identify trends, customer needs, and market gaps for bamboo-based products, particularly in hospitality and construction/interior design sectors. Analyze competitors and support strategic decisions | Qualifications • Bachelor or Master degree in business, Marketing, or related field • Has previously built and converted sales pipeline, natural at cold calling/visit, well skilled in presentation and cataloging • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development in a consumer product company • Startup experience is a plus
