Position Overview: Looking for Asst. FPNA Manager (CA Mandatory) - Specifically from Big 4. We are seeking an experienced FP&A Sr. Manager/Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving financial planning and analysis initiatives, providing strategic insights, and supporting decision-making processes as we scale our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities: - Financial Planning: Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting activities. Develop comprehensive financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-term planning. - Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and executive summaries. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize business performance. - Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and product development, to gather insights and provide financial guidance for key projects and initiatives. - Strategic Support: Assist senior management in decision-making by providing relevant financial insights and recommendations. Support fundraising efforts by preparing financial projections and investor presentations. - Process Improvement: Continuously enhance FP&A processes and tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CFA/CPA) is a plus. - 2-3+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or related roles, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment. - Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis; experience with financial planning software and ERP systems. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
