We are looking for an n8n Expert / Automation Engineer to help build intelligent systems that connect tools, power workflows, and make our AI magic run 24 / 7 — without writing a single line of traditional code. Who You Are You don’t just automate — you engineer magic. You understand that every great workflow is a symphony of connections between data, triggers, and logic. You think in terms of inputs and outputs, and you get a rush watching your automations run flawlessly. Radical Resourcefulness : If documentation doesn’t tell you how, you YouTube it or ChatGPT it until you figure it out. You’re not just a builder — you’re the fixer everyone goes to when nobody else can solve it. The Role : The Magic Creator (Automation Logic Engineer) You will design, optimize, and maintain backend automation flows that power our products. Your world revolves around n8n, Supabase, and external APIs — transforming them into seamless systems that run at warp speed. The Stack • n8n : The automation engine (core logic, AI agent orchestration, webhooks) • Supabase : The data layer (tables, SQL functions, edge functions) • External APIs : Connectors to everything that moves our machine The Responsibility • Design and deploy complex, error-proof n8n workflows that integrate multiple tools and APIs. • Manage Supabase tables and webhooks to sync real-time data. • Build AI-powered nodes (OpenAI, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) that automate intelligence. • Monitor, debug, and optimize workflows for speed, reliability, and clarity. • Collaborate with frontend engineers or Lovable engineers to ensure seamless logic-handshake between display and data. The Goal Create instant-feel automations that let creators experience powerful AI workflows without friction or delay. The "Gamified" Compensation Model We don’t do flat salaries — we do Performance Sprints. Your income scales with speed, skill, and your ability to ship working automations. Total Potential : Up to $1,500 USD / month • The Conditional Base ($500 / mo) • Unlock Condition : Complete 4 "Hard" automation tasks or 8 "Medium" ones per month. • Bonus Multipliers (Path to $1,500) • Speed Bonus (+$50 / task) : Complete before the Monday update call. • Quantity Bonus (+$50 / task) : For every “Hard” task beyond quota. • MEGA Bonus (+$300 / project) : Ship a fully functional automation feature solo. Example Scenario (Jessica’s Month) • Base : $500 • Finished two weeks early (Speed Bonus) : +$100 • Two extra Hard automations (Quantity Bonus) : +$100 • Shipped full automation flow (MEGA Bonus) : +$300 • → Total : $1,000–$1,500+ depending on project volume Long-Term Growth & Portfolio This is not workflow tinkering. This is high-level automation architecture. • Master AI Agents : Build autonomous agents and LLM-powered flows. • Ship Production Automations : Your automations will be used by high-level creators daily. • Stack Mastery : You’ll become elite in n8n + Supabase + AI API integration — one of the rarest automation stacks in the world.
