Role Overview : We are seeking a highly experienced Avaya Sales Specialist with a strong track record in pre-sales, solution design, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Avaya products and services, including solution proposals, pricing, and customer follow-ups. Key Responsibilities : • Lead end-to-end sales for Avaya solutions, from opportunity identification to closure • Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and customised solution proposals tailored to client needs • Work closely with technical teams to design feasible, cost-effective solutions • Manage pricing, commercial negotiations, and proposals • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure consistent follow-ups • Support the sales team in presentations, RFP / RFI responses, and demos Qualifications & Skills : • 6–10 years of experience in Avaya solution sales in the contact centre and unified communication domains • Strong understanding of Avaya products, pricing models, and deployment scenarios • Proven experience in BOQ preparation, solution proposals, and pricing • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Why Join Us : • Opportunity to work with leading Avaya solutions and global clients • Collaborative and innovative work environment • Competitive compensation and growth opportunities How to Apply : Please submit your resume and a brief note about your Avaya sales experience via or email at careers@snug.in
