The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance professional to join a fast-growing financial services organisation and be a part of a pilot project helping create a high performing Team. Responsibilities: • Prepare Various trackers. • Work within the team to create a robust team culture with proper backup for processes, SOP & documentation. • Work towards automation and enhancing the processes for better control and analytics. Skills Required: • Minimum of 5-20 years of Controllership & Business Partnering experience. • Knowledge of Billing and Cash Collection required. • CA/CFA/MBA is an added advantage. • Knowledge of accounting principles and experience in Statutory and Regulatory Reporting. • Proficiency in Microsoft package and Power BI is preferred. • Strong Time Management skills and ability to work under pressure.
