Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking AVP - Finance / Finance Controller to lead our financial operations and drive strategic impact. The ideal candidate will have deep subject matter expertise in finance and accounting, with experience or exposure in the gaming or digital entertainment sector being a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end controllership functions, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, General Ledger, and Financial Reporting. • Partner with business stakeholders for commercial controlling and financial decision support. • Drive timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures in line with statutory requirements and US GAAP reporting for the Flutter Group. • Manage multiple entities, including their financial consolidation. • Handle statutory audits with Big 4 firms; ensure accurate tax filings, transfer pricing, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. • Deliver actionable financial insights through close collaboration with business leaders. • Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and SOPs. Manage internal audits and ICOFR compliance with Big 5 firms. • Lead cost optimisation, ROI analysis for marketing initiatives, product launches, and strategic investments. • Champion finance transformation projects including systems and team capability enhancements. • Collaborate with product and tech teams on monetisation models and in-game financial analytics. • Oversee treasury operations, fund flow, and investor reporting. • Support FP&A activities by assisting in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting to enable informed financial decision- making.
