Role Summary/Purpose: The Finance Governance AVP will be part of a new centralized team who are responsible for driving compliance with the Governance standards across the Finance organization. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and represent Governance for Finance in a new centralized operating model. • Process, Risk Assessment & Change Management includes Surveillance Testing of higher risk processes. • Issue Management deliverables include process improvements; standardizing documentation, challenging root cause, and supporting project managing cross functional discussions. • Coordinate activities required to support various Enterprise level forums and working groups. • Support Finance to drive effective risk identification and management of compliance or operational risks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 6+ years experience in governance, risk and controls
- 9+ years experience in financial services governance roles if no degree
