AVP – Product Analytics

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced leader to head our Product and Data Analytics function. This role will drive the development of AI-powered MarTech products and ensure strong data infrastructure, insights, and reporting. You will lead teams across product, data engineering, and analytics to deliver scalable solutions for clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for internal tools and external SaaS MarTech products • Drive AI/ML, GenAI, and data-led innovation across products • Oversee data lakes, pipelines, dashboards, and reporting to ensure accuracy and scalability • Enable data storytelling for QBRs, reviews, and critical client decisions • Define data SOPs, governance, and quality checks, including finance-ready data • Lead and mentor data engineers, data scientists, and analysts • Support revenue growth by productizing analytics solutions and participating in sales discussions • Manage stakeholders, SLAs, and delivery expectations Key Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Product Leadership • Strong background in MarTech / Digital Marketing Analytics • Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML, LLMs, Python, SQL, Cloud (AWS/GCP), BigQuery • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Why Join Us?
