Job Purpose The AVP –Sales will lead and scale the student admissions and revenue function for Hamstech College of Creative Education. This role is responsible for driving enrolments across courses, strengthening lead generation and conversion processes, and building high-performing sales teams aligned with the institution’s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth • Develop and execute sales and admissions strategies to achieve enrolment and revenue targets. • Drive lead generation initiatives across digital, tele-calling, referral, and on-ground channels. • Monitor sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis. Lead Generation & Conversion Management • Own the complete admissions funnel from lead acquisition to final enrolment. • Improve lead quality, conversion ratios, and follow-up effectiveness through process optimization. Team Leadership & Performance • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing admissions and sales team. • Define KRAs, KPIs, incentive plans, and productivity benchmarks for team members. • Conduct regular reviews, coaching sessions, and capability-building initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns, lead quality, and messaging. • Coordinate with Academic, Training, and Operations teams for smooth student onboarding. • Act as a key liaison between management and execution teams. • Outreach activities to generate quality leads.
