This is a full-time hybrid role for the position of AVP - Supply Chain Finance. The role is based in Kochi, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The responsibilities of this role include overseeing demand planning, supply chain management, procurement, logistics management, and inventory management. The AVP will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and ensure financial efficiency. Qualifications • Expertise in Demand Planning and Supply Chain Management to strategize and improve supply chain operations • Strong experience in Procurement and Logistics Management for seamless sourcing and delivery • Proficiency in Inventory Management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with teams • Educational qualifications in Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is preferred • Prior experience in supply chain financial management or a similar leadership position.
