Work Mode : Hybrid Exp : 6 to 8 Years & 8 To 12 Years Job Summary : We are hiring AI Engineers with strong expertise in Python, Generative AI, and multi-agent frameworks to join our growing AI/ML engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying LLM-powered intelligent systems using frameworks like AutoGen, LangChain, and Azure AI services. This role involves building multi-agent orchestration workflows, integrating with OpenAI APIs, and applying prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques to solve real-world business problems. Key Responsibilities : LLM System Development :- Design, develop, and fine-tune LLM-powered applications and intelligent agents. Multi-Agent Orchestration :- Build agent workflows using AutoGen, LangChain, or similar frameworks for inter-agent and API communication. Prompt Engineering :- Craft effective prompts to optimize LLM behavior across diverse tasks and domains. API Development & Integration :- Develop and integrate APIs for interaction between agents, LLMs, and backend services. Azure AI Integration :- Leverage Azure Cognitive Services and cloud-native tools for scalable GenAI deployments. RAG Implementation :- Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines for contextual awareness. Code Review & Best Practices :- Conduct peer code reviews and enforce high standards in code quality and architecture. Team Collaboration & Mentorship :- Collaborate with Development Managers and mentor junior developers to foster growth and innovation. Mandatory Skills :- - Advanced Python programming - Hands-on experience with AutoGen, LangChain, or similar multi-agent frameworks - Strong expertise with OpenAI API (ChatGPT, GPT-4, etc.) - Deep understanding of Prompt Engineering - Experience building LLM-based systems - Proficient in Azure AI and cloud services - Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques - Solid experience in API development and integration. Good to Have :- - Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) - Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines for AI projects - Prior experience in building enterprise-grade GenAI solutions.
