Role Description This is a full-time, on-site B2B Field Sales Representative role based in Bengaluru South, open to freshers. The role involves meeting travel agency clients in the field, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting relationships with existing partners to drive sales growth. The candidate will assist in managing sales pipelines, attend client meetings and presentations, support negotiations, and ensure timely customer support. Training will be provided, and the role offers strong exposure to the travel industry and B2B sales. Qualifications • Strong interest in B2B field sales and business development • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel locally and meet clients regularly • Interest in the travel and tourism industry • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus (training provided) • Self-motivated and target-driven • Fresh graduates welcome • Bachelor’s degree preferred
