Role Overview We are looking for an experienced B2B Home Channel Manager who already has a strong network of home furnishing, décor, crockery, and lifestyle retail stores. This role is focused on expanding Ekaani’s multi-brand retail presence and driving secondary sales through dealer relationships. This is not a retail store sales role. This is a channel expansion and distribution role. Key Responsibilities 1) Channel Development • Onboard premium home décor, crockery, and lifestyle stores • Leverage existing retailer relationships to drive quick market entry • Identify high-potential multi-brand stores and regional distributors 2) Sales & Distribution • Negotiate commercial terms, margins, and payment cycles • Drive primary and secondary sales • Monitor sell-through and repeat orders • Ensure healthy inventory rotation across partners 3) Market Expansion • Build city-wise distribution strategy • Track competition and pricing positioning • Identify opportunities in hospitality and boutique retail 4) Relationship Management • Maintain strong retailer relationships • Conduct product trainings and sampling presentations • Ensure brand positioning is maintained at retail level Who We’re Looking For • 5–10 years experience in home décor / crockery / furnishing B2B sales • Ready network of premium multi-brand home stores • Experience handling dealer margins and trade schemes • Strong understanding of distribution economics • Target-driven and commercially sharp This role is ideal for someone who can open 20–30 meaningful retail doors in the first 12 months.
