About the job
We are looking for a B2B Lead Generation Executive (Digital Marketing) to support client acquisition and business growth for our digital marketing services. This role is suitable for candidates with experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition who are interested in building a career in the digital marketing agency industry. Key Responsibilities: • Generate new clients for SEO, Local SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Paid Ads, and Website Design & Development • Connect with local businesses through meetings, field visits, referrals, and enquiries • Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing solutions • Close monthly retainer-based service agreements • Support smooth client onboarding • Maintain follow-ups and basic sales pipeline records • Work with internal teams to ensure proper service delivery Required Skills & Eligibility: • Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (digital marketing exposure preferred) • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers • Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage • Willingness to learn agency services and sales process • Good communication and negotiation skills Languages: • English, Hindi, Marathi (Gujarati is a plus) Work Details: • Work Type: Onsite • Location: Bhandup West, Mumbai • Working Days: 6 days a week Compensation & Growth: • Salary: As per industry standards (based on skills & experience) • Performance incentives based on closed business • Growth opportunity into Senior Associate / Manager role.
