As a B2B Sales Executive at our purpose-driven startup in Bengaluru, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with corporate partners, healthcare centers, retirement communities, and relevant institutions. Your key responsibilities include: - Driving B2B sales through relationship building and networking. - Executing field sales activities such as offline campaigns and community activations. - Managing the full sales cycle with a consultative approach. - Understanding client needs and recommending customized wellness solutions for senior-focused programs. - Collaborating with marketing, service, and operations teams for smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. - Consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.To qualify for this role, you should have:- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of closing deals.- Hands-on experience in field sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Comfort with cold outreach, networking, and long-term relationship building.- Prior experience or understanding of the fitness and wellness industry is highly desirable.
