About Neodocs: NeoDocs is a YC-backed healthtech company building smartphone-powered point-of-care diagnostic solutions. We operate across multiple B2C channels including marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms, and are scaling rapidly across India. This role will work very closely with the Head of B2C and will be a core part of the team responsible for scaling our consumer business efficiently. About Role: We are looking for a hands-on operator to manage and scale key B2C functions across inventory planning, logistics, partnerships, and customer experience. This role combines execution, coordination, and ownership, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working across functions and driving outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 1. B2C Operations & Inventory - Plan and manage inventory across multiple warehouses and sales channels - Work on demand forecasting to ensure high in-stock rates while minimizing excess inventory - Coordinate with internal teams and partners to reduce delivery timelines 2. Logistics & Fulfilment - Work with logistics partners and marketplaces to improve shipping speed and reliability - Track shipping costs, delivery performance, and operational metrics - Drive continuous improvements in fulfilment efficiency 3. Partnerships & Channel Expansion - Support onboarding and management of new sales channels - Assist in commercial discussions, negotiations, and operational setup with partners 4. Customer Experience & Returns Reduction - Own initiatives to reduce cancellations and returns across channels - Work with customer support teams and, where required, directly engage with customers to resolve issues - Identify root causes and implement process-level improvements. 5. Team & Cross-Functional Coordination - Manage and coordinate a small operations/support team - Work closely with sales, finance, supply chain, and tech teams - Ensure processes are followed and continuously improved as scale increases.
