This is a full-time on-site role for a B2C Sales Manager, located in Delhi, India. Qualifications • Sales Expertise: Strong skills in B2C sales, customer relationship management, and lead generation. • Strategic Planning & Execution: Competence in sales strategy development, market analysis, and forecasting. • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team effectively. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. • Proficiency with Tools: Knowledge of CRM software and other sales management tools. • Customer Focus: A client-centric approach with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and preferences. • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Professional Experience: Prior experience in B2C sales management or a similar role is essential. Experience in the infrastructure or real estate sector is a plus. • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and develop actionable solutions to increase sales performance.
