About the Role We are looking for a Back-End C/C++ Developer to join our engineering team building high-performance, mission-critical financial systems. This role suits an engineer who enjoys systems-level development, performance optimization, and designing reliable, low-latency services on Linux. What You’ll Do - Design, build, and optimize high-throughput, low-latency back-end services in C/C++ on Linux. - Develop concurrent components using multithreading, focusing on deterministic performance and scalability. - Implement and maintain real-time messaging and integration patterns for event-driven workflows. - Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver features across a modern trading stack. - Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, CI/CD practices, and production support. Required Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in the finance industry (capital markets, trading, market data, risk, fintech). - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex production issues. - Strong C/C++ development experience on Linux. - Hands-on experience with concurrent programming using multithreading (synchronization primitives, race condition avoidance, performance tuning). - Familiarity with building and operating performance-sensitive services. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in trading platform development (OMS/EMS, execution workflows, market data, FIX, exchange/venue connectivity). - Redis knowledge (caching, pub/sub, streams, persistence considerations). - Zero MQ knowledge (pub/sub patterns, message routing). - Exposure to other middleware/messaging systems (Kafka, Rabbit MQ, NATS, g RPC, etc.). - Familiarity with observability and performance tools (profiling, benchmarking, metrics/logging). Soft Skills - Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and clear communication. - Ownership mentality and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
