🚀 Hiring Back-end Engineers (Java / Node.js) 📍 Location: Hyderabad (HQ – Preferred), Noida, Chennai, Bengaluru 📌 Employment Type: Permanent We are expanding our engineering team and looking for mid-level Back-end Engineers who are passionate about building scalable, high-performance systems in a global engineering environment. 🔧 Role Overview As a Back-end Engineer, you will work on enterprise-grade platforms, contributing to backend services, APIs, and integrations while collaborating with distributed teams across geographies. ✅ Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using modern technologies • Build and maintain REST APIs (OpenAPI / spec-first mindset) • Participate in Agile delivery, sprint planning, code reviews, and production debugging • Collaborate with global engineering teams and stakeholders • Contribute to system design, performance optimization, and reliability 🧠 Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience • Strong proficiency in at least one of the following: • Java • Node.js • Golang • Solid understanding of: • Software engineering fundamentals • Data structures & algorithms • System design • Experience working in Agile teams and production environments • Strong communication skills (written & verbal), especially for remote collaboration • Ability to work independently while thriving in a global team • Experience with cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP • High commitment to accepting offers and honoring start dates
