As a Back-end Software Development Engineering Senior Engineer at TekWissen, you will be part of a global workforce management provider that values shared ideals and a deep sense of family. Your role will involve developing and maintaining the client's Finance application, working on a balanced product team to deploy front-end solutions on the GCP platform. Key Responsibilities: - Define, design, develop, and deploy React-based front-end solutions on GCP platform - Conduct proof-of-concepts to support new features and ensure quality timely delivery using Agile XP practices - Develop the technical solution and collaborate with the Technical Architect to update the technical design - Deliver valuable working tested quality software released at market speed - Collaborate with product managers and product owners to prioritize deliverables towards a business and user value-driven approach - Develop and automate unit and integration test scripts - Automate performance monitoring and notification using best practices and tools - Research new technologies and implement enterprise technology shifts impacting the client's application delivery - Participate in Agile practices including Stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint demos, and journey mapping - Provide on-call off-hours and weekend support on a rotational basis Qualifications Required: - Java Spring Boot, GCP, Confluent Kafka - Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and Java Collections Framework Qualifications Preferred: - Spring Boot, Microservices, Confluent Kafka, GCP, AWS, MySQL Database (Oracle) Experience: - 8 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing software applications in Java/J2EE with Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud-native technologies Education: - Bachelors or Masters Degree Please note that TekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
