Roles and Responsibilities• Review and analyze seller accounts and transaction activities to identify potential fraud or suspicious behavior.• Conduct detailed account investigations to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.• Monitor and evaluate specific transactions and account patterns that may indicate fraudulent activity.• Make decisions on whether an account can continue operating or requires restriction/action based on investigation findings.• Maintain accurate documentation of investigations and account reviews in internal systems.• Escalate high-risk or complex cases to the appropriate fraud or risk management teams.• Follow established fraud prevention protocols, policies, and quality standards.
