We’re hiring a Backend Developer who understands that great engineering isn’t just about writing code—it’s about performance, scalability, security, and long-term product strength. 🔧 The Role: • Build and maintain backend services using Node.js (LTS 20/22) • Write clean, testable JavaScript/TypeScript code • Design and develop RESTful APIs using Express.js / NestJS • Work with MongoDB & Mongoose (Redis is a plus) • Implement authentication, JWT, RBAC, and secure middleware • Collaborate on API architecture, caching, real-time communication, and integrations • Work with CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and (optionally) Docker • Implement logging, monitoring (PM2), and resolve performance bottlenecks • Write automated tests and follow Git best practices 🎯 You’ll thrive here if you have: • Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and backend fundamentals • Hands-on experience with MongoDB / Mongoose • Solid understanding of API security and best practices • Familiarity with TypeScript (preferred) • Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows Good to have: Redis, NestJS, GraphQL, Docker, Serverless architecture, distributed systems 📍 Location: Indore or Mumbai 🔗 Apply now: https://lnkd.in/dXkuUsBS
