Backend Developer

About the job

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java and Golang • Build scalable microservices and REST APIs • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, QA, and product teams • Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues • Ensure security, compliance, and best coding practices • Work in Agile/Scrum environment Required Skills & Experience • Only 2–3 years of experience in backend development • Strong hands-on experience in Java and Golang • Experience with Spring Boot / Spring MVC • Knowledge of Microservices Architecture • REST API design and integration • Understanding of multithreading and performance optimization • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) • Exposure to Kafka / SQS or similar message brokers • Git version control experience • Working knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes • Experience with CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with AWS / GCP / Azure • Exposure to monitoring tools (NewRelic, Grafana, ELK) Education • Engineering Graduate / Postgraduate (Mandatory) • Master’s degree in CS or related field (Good to have) Ideal Candidate • Passionate about building high-quality backend systems • Quick learner and adaptable to new technologies • Strong problem-solving mindset • Team player with good communication skills
