The Role: Backend Developer We are seeking a Backend Developer with 1+ year of experience to join our core engineering team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs that power our entire data-intensive platform. Key Responsibilities And Deliverables • Core Development: • Developing and maintaining efficient, reusable, and testable code using Python (frameworks like Django/Flask are a plus). • Implementing secure, scalable, and well-documented RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. • Database Management: • Designing, optimizing, and managing complex data models and queries in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL). • Ensuring data integrity, performance, and security across all database layers. • Collaboration and Integration: • Collaborating closely with the Frontend Developer team, specifically those working with Angular, to ensure smooth data integration and API contracts. • Participating in architectural discussions and contributing to the technical roadmap. • Performance and Scalability: • Building high-volume, low-latency applications critical for processing real-time industrial and sensor data. • Writing comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability. Required Qualifications • Experience: 1 year of professional experience in Backend development. • Note: We are looking for candidates who graduated in 2024 or 2025. Any candidate who passed out before 2024 will be automatically rejected, and their resume will not be considered. • Mandatory Skills: Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in .Net & Python/ SQL. • Software Engineering: Familiarity with version control (Git), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and microservices architecture principles. • Mindset: Proven analytical problem-solving abilities to debug complex issues and optimize backend performance. • Communication: Excellent technical communication skills.
