Position: Backend Developer (Mid-Level | 5–7 Years) Experience: 5–7 Years Engagement Type: Full-time Work Location: Remote Start Date: Immediate Compensation: ₹50,000 per month About the Role We’re looking for a mid-level Backend Developer to join our fast-paced engineering team. You’ll be responsible for developing scalable, secure, and efficient microservices using Java 17+, Spring Boot , and deploying them in cloud-native environments like Kubernetes. Core Technologies & Skills Required Core Backend: • Java 17+ • Spring Boot, Spring WebFlux, Spring Data, Spring Cloud Streaming • Reactive programming with microservices and Spring Batch • Microservices patterns: Service Discovery (Eureka), API Gateway, Circuit Breaker, Centralized Configuration, Authorization Server • Distributed tracing and monitoring Frontend (Basic Understanding Preferred): • React.js, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript Cloud & DevOps: • Docker, Kubernetes • Containerization Data Management: • MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL • JSON, YAML, XML Security: • OAuth2, OpenID Connect OS & Tools: • Linux (Ubuntu 22+) and Windows • Scripting in Python or similar languages Ideal Candidate • 5–7 years of hands-on backend development experience. • Practical experience in microservices design and implementation. • Proven ability to independently own modules from design to production. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop robust backend services for real-time platforms. • Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and architects. • Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform. • Contribute to architecture and microservice infrastructure decisions.
