Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, and services. • Collaborate with product and frontend teams to define and deliver new features. • Optimise performance, reliability, and maintainability of backend infrastructure. • Work with databases (SQL & NoSQL) to design efficient and scalable schemas. • Implement secure authentication, authorisation, and data protection protocols. • Write clean, modular, and well-documented code. • Set up background jobs, cron tasks, and integrations with third-party services. • Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system resilience.
