You’ll collaborate with our product and frontend teams to deliver high-performance and efficient backend solutions. Key Responsibilities : • Work closely with development teams and product managers to design and implement software solutions. • Develop and manage efficient databases and backend applications. • Build and maintain RESTful APIs. • Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and scalability of applications. • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. • Implement security and data protection measures. • Create and maintain technical documentation for backend systems. Requirements & Skills : • 4+ years of proven experience in backend or full-stack web development. • Strong proficiency in Python or Ruby on Rails and solid understanding of C and JavaScript. • Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL systems. • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js). • Good understanding of web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx). • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward learning and innovation.
