About Key Responsibilities: Lead and guided a team of backend developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable backend services for our Web3 applications using TypeScript. Collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and exceptional user experiences. Take ownership of the entire backend development lifecycle, from architecture and coding to testing, deployment, and maintenance. Implement best practices and industry standards for code quality, security, and performance optimization. Identify and address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement innovative solutions to enhance product functionality. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and web3 ecosystems to drive continuous improvement. Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members to promote skill development and knowledge sharing. Education/Experience Qualification: Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science/Programming/Information Systems, or related field. Required Skills: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of professional backend development experience, with a strong focus on TypeScript. Proven track record of leading backend development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. A solid understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized application architecture is a plus. Proficiency in working with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar. Experience with RESTful API design and development. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Required Experience: 5+ Years
