Job Title: Backend Developer – Core ERP (.NET) Number of Openings: 3 Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking experienced Backend Developers – Core ERP (.NET) to design, devlop, and maintain backend modules for an education-focused ERP system. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain backend services for Core ERP modules. • Design and implement RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications. • Build and optimize database structures for institutional and academic data. • Implement business logic for workflows such as admissions, attendance,payroll, assessments, and fee processing. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across ERP modules. • Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and product stakeholders. • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues. • Follow coding standards, documentation practices, and version control processes. Required Skills & Qualifications • 3–6 years of experience as a Backend Developer with .NET expertise. • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET, ASP.NET Web API. • Hands-on experience with SQL Server or equivalent relational databases. • Strong understanding of backend development, data modeling, andbusiness logic implementation. • Experience using Entity Framework or similar ORM tools. • Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and role-based access control. • Experience with Git and collaborative development practices. Preferred Qualifications • B.Tech CS/IT, MCA. • Prior experience working on ERP systems, preferably in the education domain. • Exposure to modules such as SIS, HRMS, Exams, or Finance/Fee systems. • Knowledge of performance optimization and secure data handling. • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred). • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
