About the Internship As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for • designing and implementing the core APIs, • business logic, database structure, • integrations that power the TradeGospel platform. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for engineers who want to build large-scale systems from the ground up. Responsibilities • Develop scalable, modular backend services using NestJS • Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices architecture • Integrate 3rd-party services, SDKs, and external APIs (payments, AI, real-time systems, etc.) • Work with PostgreSQL to design schemas, write optimized queries, and manage migrations • Implement authentication, authorization, and user management modules • Support WebSocket-based real-time features • Create clean, maintainable code following best practices • Dockerize backend services for deployment & development environments • Collaborate closely with frontend, AI, and product teams Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with NestJS • Experience integrating 3rd-party libraries, SDKs, and external APIs • Good understanding of SQL databases — PostgreSQL preferred • Basic knowledge of Docker and containerized development • Experience with authentication, role-based access, and token systems • Understanding of scalable backend architecture Nice to Have • Experience with microservices • Familiarity with Redis, caching, or message queues • Basic understanding of AI integrations or real-time event systems • Prior experience building creator-based or social platforms Internship Details • Location: Remote • Probation Period: 2 weeks • Duration: 3 months after successful completion of probation • Stipend: ₹5,000 per month Why Join TradeGospel? • Build the core backend of a global first-of-its-kind AI platform • Direct collaboration with founders • Work on real-time systems, monetization flows, and high-complexity modules • Opportunity to grow into Lead Backend / CTO track roles • Future equity opportunities for standout contributors Apply now to start your journey as a Backend Developer Intern and be part of TradeGospel’s mission to build intuitive, scalable digital experiences!
