Our culture values curiosity, experimentation and learning. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a talented MERN Stack Developer with a strong focus on frontend development using React.js. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building responsive UIs, reusable components, and working with REST APIs. Good fundamental knowledge of JavaScript, state management, and modern frontend practices is essential. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop high-quality, responsive, and interactive UI components using React.js. • Work with modern React features such as Hooks, Context API, and custom hooks. • Implement state management using Redux or similar libraries. • Convert UI / UX designs (Figma / Adobe XD etc.) into functional web applications. • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization. • Collaborate with design and product teams for seamless UI / UX execution. • Develop and maintain lightweight backend services using Node.js and Express.js. • Build and integrate RESTful APIs. • Handle backend tasks such as validation, routing, and minor data processing. • Work with databases (MongoDB / PostgreSQL) for basic CRUD operations. QUALIFICATIONS • 3+ years of hands-on experience as MERN Stack / React Developer. • Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. • Experience with state management : Redux, Zustand, or Context API. • Basic to intermediate experience with Node.js, Express.js (20% workload). • Knowledge of REST API integration and debugging. • Familiarity with MongoDB or PostgreSQL for basic CRUD operations. • Experience in version control tools (Git). • Strong understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI patterns. Good to Have • Experience with TypeScript. • Knowledge of Next.js. • Experience with UI libraries like Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS. • Basic knowledge of DevOps or cloud deployment. Soft Skills • Good communication and collaboration skills. • Eye for detail and ability to translate designs accurately. • Ownership mindset and willingness to work independently. • Strong problem-solving attitude. Education • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory).
