Job Title: Backend Developer (Node.js) Experience: 2+ Years Industry: Fintech Location: Noida Sec-132 Employment Type: [Full-time/onsite] We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript and at least 2 years of experience in the fintech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend systems, building secure RESTful APIs, and contributing to high-performance fintech solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js • Build and manage secure RESTful APIs • Integrate and maintain payment gateways and third-party services • Ensure compliance with fintech security standards and best practices • Work with relational and NoSQL databases • Deploy and manage backend services on cloud platforms • Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Handle authentication, authorization, error handling, and debugging • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions • Use Git for version control and code management Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript • Minimum 2 years of experience in the fintech domain • Experience with RESTful API development • Knowledge of payment gateway integrations • Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Understanding of security, authentication, and compliance standards • Experience with CI/CD tools and practices • Proficiency in Git and debugging techniques • Strong problem-solving and communication skills Nice to Have: • Experience with microservices architecture • Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker • Exposure to fintech regulations and compliance frameworks Interested candidate can share CV at monika@gopaisa.in / hr@gopaisa.in
