Company name – US-based healthcare product company Work Mode : Remote Experience : Up to 4 years Salary : Up to ₹18 LPA Role Overview : We are looking for a hands-on Backend Developer with Machine Learning experience to build and scale backend systems that power a US-based healthcare product. The role focuses on production-ready ML, APIs, and data-driven backend services. Key Responsibilities : • Build and maintain scalable backend services for ML-driven features • Deploy, monitor, and optimize ML models in production environments • Develop APIs and data pipelines for model inference and integrations • Work closely with product, ML, and data teams on end-to-end solutions • Ensure system reliability, performance, and data security Requirements : • Strong hands-on experience in Python (or similar backend languages) • Practical exposure to machine learning models and model serving • Experience with REST APIs, databases, and cloud platforms • Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow / scikit-learn) • Ownership mindset with ability to build and ship independently Nice to Have : • Experience in healthcare or regulated domains • Exposure to MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud ML services Note : This is a hands-on backend + ML role , not a pure research position.
