Backend Java Developer (Senior / Junior) Remote Project Overview Join an existing enterprise-scale, client-facing platform undergoing rapid expansion. The system is scaling from hundreds to thousands of users , with major Q1 deliverables and a parallel initiative focused on building a connected application ecosystem . This is a high-visibility program with strong business impact. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and enhance backend services using Java and Spring Boot • Build and maintain RESTful APIs • Participate in Agile ceremonies : • Daily stand-ups • Sprint planning and retrospectives • Peer code reviews • Collaborate closely with : • Business users • Solution architects • Team leads • Deliver new feature enhancements aligned to business priorities • Follow engineering standards and best practices • Actively participate in team discussions and problem-solving Required Skills • Strong experience with Java • Spring Boot • REST API development • Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams • Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience Guidelines • Senior Developers : Typically 6–8 years (quality and impact matter more than years) • Junior Developers : Typically 3–5 years • No specific industry experience required.
