Backend Software Engineer

Description : We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to design, architect, and build scalable, high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Golang, strong experience with Node.js and/or Python, and hands-on exposure to Web3 technologies. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into robust, production-ready products. Key Responsibilities • Architect, design, and build scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems • Develop functional and engaging product experiences through reliable backend services • Translate product requirements, design concepts, and technical specifications into working solutions • Design and implement efficient, well-documented APIs • Collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and frontend engineers to bring products to life • Build and maintain web services and microservices • Ensure high code quality, performance optimization, and reliability • Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives • Deploy and manage applications on cloud infrastructure (AWS) Required Skills & Experience • Deep expertise in Golang for backend development • Hands-on experience with EtherJS / Web3.js and Go-Ethereum (geth) • Experience with Node.js and/or Python for backend services • Strong experience architecting modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications • Proven experience building and maintaining web services and APIs • Solid understanding of system design, performance tuning, and scalability
