Backend Technical Lead Position We are seeking a skilled Backend Technical Lead to join our team. As a Backend Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design & development of complex backend systems using Python, Django, Flask, or FastAPI. You will own architecture decisions with a strong focus on best practices. You will mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical excellence. You will also design & build scalable, secure, and efficient APIs. You will work with relational databases (schema design, SQL, performance tuning) and No-SQL DBs like MongoDB for high-performance structures. You will integrate & manage Message Brokers: RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, IBM-MQ. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ship high-impact features and maintain code quality, performance, scalability, and automation.
