Company Description Confiex Data Room is a premium provider of Virtual Data Room (VDR) platforms designed for secure data sharing and tracking within and beyond company firewalls during most strategic deals. Our solutions are trusted by leading corporate firms, investment banks, merchant banks, law firms, and private equity companies for their due diligence processes during Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO, Private Equity Fund Raising, Capital Raising, and Restruction deals. Our mission is to deliver reliable, compliant, and efficient solutions for corporate data management and collaboration. Role Overview You will drive low-CAC inbound leads and brand visibility to feed the sales engine in a high-volume, price-sensitive market. You will drive brand perception, generate qualified leads, and build partnerships in enterprise B2B, Channel partners & Government. Focus on thought leadership, digital channels, and ecosystem ties (law firms, Investment banks, Merchant Banks, Government Ecosystem, consultants) to fuel sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities • Create high-volume lead generation engine via LinkedIn, SEO, content, and webinars. • Build thought leadership around “affordable & compliant VDR for M&A, Capital Raising, IPO Preparation, Private Equity Deals, e-tenders, audits & SME deals”. • Run targeted campaigns (LinkedIn/Google Ads) for “VDR India” and partner ecosystem (Investment Banks, Merchant Banks, law firms, Private Equity Companies, IRPs). • Develop case studies, testimonials, and email nurturing sequences. • Track and optimise CAC, MQL → SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution. • Support Sales with battle cards, collateral, and event participation. • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for lead gen and brand building. • Build partnerships: Co-marketing/referrals with law firms, investment banks, consultants, CAs. • Amplify PR and events: Leverage existing features, attend M&A summits, create testimonials. Requirements • 6–10 years B2B SaaS marketing experience (enterprise or compliance-focused preferred). • Strong hands-on skills in LinkedIn organic + paid, content marketing, SEO, and partner marketing. • Data-driven with tools like Zoho, Google Analytics, or similar. • Experience generating 100+ qualified leads/month in niche B2B is ideal. • Bonus: Exposure to fintech/M&A/law/PSU marketing. • Bachelor's/MBA in Marketing; Mumbai-based preferred.
