About the Role We are looking for an experienced BDM- Employee Transport to drive business growth in Employee Transport Services (ETS) by acquiring new enterprise clients and managing strategic accounts. The role requires strong B2B sales expertise, consultative selling capability, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. You will work closely with corporate decision-makers, understand their employee mobility needs, and deliver customized transport solutions that ensure safety, efficiency, and scalability. Key Responsibilities • Identify and acquire new corporate and enterprise clients to achieve regional revenue targets. • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiations, closure, and payment follow-ups. • Understand corporate mobility requirements and design customized employee transport solutions. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, Admin Heads, HR, and Travel Managers. • Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations while maintaining company margins. • Drive account growth through retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. • Maintain an active sales pipeline and revenue forecast. • Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction. Requirements • 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Employee Transport / Mobility / Service Industry. • Proven track record in enterprise client acquisition and account management. • Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage regional targets independently. • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development. • Proficiency in English and Tamil (spoken and written). • High integrity, ownership mindset, and strong result orientation.
