We are currently seeking a Bench Sales Recruiter who specializes in sales and lead generation within the U.S. staffing industry, with a sharp focus on IT roles and modern prospecting tools. About the Role We are seeking an experienced US Bench Sales Recruiter to market and place IT consultants on C2C, W2, and 1099 positions across the United States. The ideal candidate has strong relationships with US vendors, MSPs, and implementation partners, understands the US staffing lifecycle, and can work effectively during US EST business hours. Key Responsibilities • Market bench consultants (IT, Engineering, Data, Cloud, etc.) to US vendors and direct clients • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with MSPs, prime vendors, and end clients • Submit consultants to contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time requirements • Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with clients and vendors • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding processes • Maintain updated consultant profiles, resumes, and availability details • Track submissions, interviews, and placements using ATS/CRM tools • Ensure compliance with client, vendor, and immigration requirements • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly placement targets Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in US Bench Sales / IT staffing • Strong understanding of US hiring models (C2C, W2, 1099) • Established network of US vendors, MSPs, and clients • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Ability to work independently during US EST hours • Strong negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills • Experience using job portals, ATS, CRM, and LinkedIn Recruiter Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with prime vendors and direct clients • Knowledge of US visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) • Ability to market consultants across multiple technologies • Strong organizational and reporting skills • Existing book of business or warm leads in the U.S. IT staffing market. • Experience working with VMS/MSP programs and handling mid-to-large size enterprise clients. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
