Key Responsibilities • Market IT consultants (C2C) to Tier-1 vendors, system integrators, and direct clients • Handle end-to-end bench sales process for US IT requirements • Daily sourcing & marketing through: • Vendor calls • Emails • LinkedIn & job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) • Maintain and build strong relationships with: • Vendor Managers • Implementation Partners • Prime Vendors • Understand client requirements and match consultants accordingly • Coordinate with internal teams for: • Resume updates • Rate negotiations • Interview scheduling • Maintain daily call reports, submissions, and follow-ups • Work on US time zones and meet daily/weekly targets Required Skills & Qualifications For Freshers (0–1 Year): • Excellent English communication (verbal & written) • Strong interest in US IT Staffing / Recruitment • Willingness to work in US shift • Good attitude, confidence, and learning mindset For Experienced Candidates (1–8 Years): • Proven experience in US Bench Sales / C2C staffing • Strong understanding of: • Vendor chain (Prime / Sub-vendor / End Client) • C2C, W2, 1099 models • Experience handling multiple consultants on bench • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Hands-on experience with job portals & CRM tools
