Job Description We are looking for an experienced, goal-oriented, and passionate Bench Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales acumen, a deep understanding of the US recruitment market, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Drive sales performance and consistently meet or exceed targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand market needs. • Manage and work effectively with candidates such as OPTs, Green Card holders (GC), Citizens, and H1B Transfers. • Negotiate compensation packages, extend offers, and oversee the successful placement of candidates. • Proactively source and solicit referrals to build a strong pipeline of qualified consultants. • Provide market insights and demonstrate expertise in common US work authorizations including H1B, L1, EAD, TN, and Green Card processes. • Work independently with a "go-getter" mindset, while maintaining the ability to multi-task in a competitive and fast-paced environment. Requirements: • Proven sales background with a strong record of meeting and exceeding goals. • Exceptional communication skills with a solid understanding of the US market. • Expertise in working with diverse visa holders (H1B, OPT, GC, Citizens, etc.). • Ability to negotiate effectively and manage the entire recruitment placement process. • Demonstrated ability to work independently, be self-driven, and deliver results consistently. • Strong passion for sales and a "go-getter" attitude with a focus on achieving targets.
