This role involves close collaboration with Japanese clients, participation in technical discussions, and end-to-end application development and support. 🛠 Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Framework, and REST APIs Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients and internal teams Translate functional and technical requirements between Japanese and English Support development, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams in India and Japan ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring, REST APIs, and SQL JLPT N1/N2/N3 certification (mandatory) Ability to speak, read, and write Japanese (basic to intermediate level) Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills
