Bookkeeper & Accountant (US GAAP) We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Accountant to manage US client books across various financial cycles. This role is responsible for ensuring timely reconciliations, accurate closing, and thorough report preparation. Manage bookkeeping cycles: monthly, quarterly, and year-end close Maintain the general ledger; post journal entries accurately The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with clients to request missing documents, clarify transactions, and resolve open items in a timely manner. The ability to deliver reports clearly summarizing key movements/variances is crucial for this role. Accounting Software: QuickBooks or similar platform; Spreadsheet Tool: Microsoft Excel (MS Office); Tax Handoff / Firm Tax Platform: CCH Axcess or similar system.
