The candidate must be hardcore sales-oriented and ready for extensive travel to drive business growth and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities • Plan & execute marketing campaigns (seminars, webinars, workshops, college tie-ups) • Generate quality leads & convert them into admissions • Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets • Build partnerships with MSMEs & trade associations • Recruit & manage sales/marketing team • Identify new city expansion opportunities Eligibility • Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred) • 3–7 years experience in Sales / Education Marketing / Business Development • Strong communication & presentation skills Skills Required • Leadership mindset • Target-oriented & aggressive growth approach • Excellent convincing skills • Comfortable with travel Male & Female – Both Can Apply
