Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Legal Head located in Mohania. The Branch Legal Head will be responsible for overseeing legal operations at the branch level, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies. Responsibilities include providing legal consulting to support business decisions, managing legal documentation, handling legal compliance matters, and resolving potential legal issues. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external legal advisors. Qualifications • Strong knowledge and expertise in Law, with the ability to interpret and apply legal principles effectively. • Proficiency in Legal Compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies. • Experience in Legal Consulting and handling legal issues to provide strategic solutions to the organization. • Skills in Legal Document Preparation with attention to detail and accuracy. • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple legal matters efficiently and work collaboratively with a team. • Relevant educational qualification, such as a degree in Law (LLB or higher). • Experience in the financial services or NBFC sector is an added advantage.
