Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Malpura. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage a team, ensure effective disbursement and recovery of loans, and build relationships with local businesses to generate leads. Responsibilities also include monitoring credit performance, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines, preparing financial reports, and implementing strategies to achieve branch targets while maintaining long-term customer relationships and operational excellence. Qualifications • Strong people management, leadership, and team performance management skills • Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and credit control processes • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and generate new opportunities • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and knowledge of the financial services industry • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or branch management preferred • Ability to work effectively in on-site environments and engage with local communities
