Role Overview: You will be responsible for setting up and managing the new Bangalore branch of the company, handling office setup, local registrations, vendor coordination, and developing SOPs for smooth branch operations. Your role will also involve approaching companies, IT firms, and corporate HR departments to generate corporate travel contracts and booking tie-ups. Building long-term B2B client relationships and achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets will be key aspects of your job. Additionally, you will promote corporate travel services, conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations, and identify new business opportunities in the Bangalore market. Hiring, training, mentoring, and monitoring the performance of the team members will also be part of your responsibilities. You will manage branch P&L responsibility, track sales targets, revenue goals, and business growth, and submit performance reports to the Head Office regularly. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and manage the new Bangalore branch, including office setup, local registrations, and vendor coordination. - Develop SOPs for smooth branch operations. - Approach companies, IT firms, and corporate HR departments to generate corporate travel contracts and booking tie-ups. - Build long-term B2B client relationships and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Promote corporate travel services to potential clients and identify new business opportunities in the Bangalore market. - Hire ticketing staff, sales executives, and operations team members and train, mentor, and monitor their performance. - Manage branch P&L responsibility, track sales targets, revenue goals, and business growth, and submit performance reports to the Head Office. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry, preferably corporate travel. - Strong corporate networking in Bangalore. - Experience in branch handling or team management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Target-oriented and self-driven personality.
