Key Responsibilities:Strategy & Planning• Support the Regional Operations Head – West in creating the 3-year strategy and annual budgets.Team Operations• Handle HR operations escalations and ensure timely resolutions.• Manage team performance through reviews and activity tracking.• Ensure budgets, resources, and productivity goals are met.• Share regular performance reports and help improve processes.People Management• Recruit and onboard key team members.• Guide, coach, and motivate the team to meet goals.• Identify training needs and work with the Business Head and Training team on development plans.Client Service• Build strong relationships with key regional clients.• Understand client challenges and offer effective solutions.Business Development• Acquire new clients.• Grow business from existing clients through strong service and delivery.
